Trust is one the crucial components in building a relationship, in public health and every other relationship in life, without trust, there is no foundation to build a relationship. The character and gravity of trust in all commitment intentions, cannot be undervalued or underrated. Without a deliberate and persistent attempt, to feed trust and erect secure relationships, at every phase of the way. The greatest composed and prudent commitment development, will very nearly, assuredly either fizzle, or collapse, far limited of the prosperity, that is being pursued. Without trust in collaborative connections, in public health, the organization., or plan would fail, because stakeholders will not be supportive, or buy into the vision. For example, most of the work in public health is done in the community, and without their support, whats the use. The plans are to benefit the community stakeholders.
Some of my noted strengths in building trust as a collaborative leader are:
Building connection system where all participants are free to voice their views, and feel valued.
Assuring that all have room at the table, and equity in the planning and implementation process.
The collaborative system is sincere to all stakeholders.
Leading by example, and keeping my word.
Displaying that trust is a crucial building block
Some areas of improvement, revealed in my noted score of 61, are:
Developing shared common ground amid stakeholders
Accessing partnership, by counting profoundly on building trust amid stakeholders.
