In it, he discusses what a manager does, what a leader does, and the traits you need to do both.
After you watch the video, answer the following questions:
Mr. Davids tells a story about literally jumping in the trenches with his employees who were working on a project he was overseeing. Discuss a time when a manager or leader for whom you worked jumped in the tranches with you. How did it make you feel about this person, and how did it effect how you viewed your job?
The concept of giving power back to workers is discussed. Reflect on a time when power was given to you at your job by a manager/leader. How did it make you feel?
