Participating in research allows the opportunity to improve health outcomes and make a significant difference in patients lives by translating research into clinical practice. Practice change cannot occur if key stakeholders and other healthcare professionals are unaware of the research being conducted. Researchers must disseminate research findings (Curtis et al., 2017). This author would disseminate their new knowledge to the Nursing Research and Practice (NRP) journal if presented the opportunity. The journal aims to develop the nursing practice field and provide a platform for researchers and healthcare professionals. NRP is the chosen journal as it is one of the worlds most prominent, fully open access journals. It allows for openness in scholarly publishing and research communication. This provides for disseminating research to increase awareness of the change intervention to diverse groups and populations across the globe. In addition, this author might present their capstone change project at the World Health Care Congress (WHCC21). Leaders worldwide gather to discuss health care delivery and share details of innovations and methods to improve health care. This author chooses this conference to disseminate information as it provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers and healthcare professionals to exchange and share their expertise and results on given topics. Disseminating evidence-based practice (EBP) results by targeting specific public health or clinical practice audience is vital to increasing and promoting knowledge about EBP interventions (Galvao et al., 2018).
