Quality metrics are used to focus on providing quality patient care that is effective and efficient, as well as appropriate. In this assessment, assume the role of a manager in healthcare. Create a PowerPoint presentation for the shareholders of a large healthcare corporation explaining how managed care drives quality metrics.

Create a minimum 10-slide PowerPoint presentation that includes the following:
Identify four quality metrics that are utilized by MCOs with a brief description of each.
Define how each quality metric is measured and quantified for an overall quality care focus.
Illustrate ideas with graphs, diagrams, other visualization tools that show the focus on quality.
Complete additional research on this topic, utilizing websites (such as NCQA) for additional information. A minimum of 5 external sources should be used.
Create speaker notes on each slide of the presentation to show what would be said during a live presentation.
Include title and reference slides (not counted in the 10 slides).
Cite all outside sources, including visuals, on the reference slide in APA format.
