I am a vegetarian which means I dont eat meat. I usually consume 125g of protein, 110g of carbs, and 50g of fats more or less. I also exercise 5 to 6 times a week in the mornings only. I weigh 152 lbs which is in the healthy category for my adult age. My BMI is 18.5-24.9 (Weight Status: healthy)
